Tiffani Blumer

With years of experience in early childhood education, childcare leadership, and classroom teaching, I am passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging place where every child can learn, grow, and feel valued. Before joining Wee Wildcats, I served as Director at Hammon Head Start and Taloga Little Paws where I gained extensive experience in supporting children, families, and staff while overseeing daily childcare operations. My background also includes previous childcare and teaching experience in Florida ,which has helped shaped my commitment to high-quality early learning, strong family communication, and positive classroom environments. As a married mother of nine children, I understand firsthand how important it is for parents to know their children are cared for, encouraged, and treated with kindness throughout the day. My family experiences have strengthened my belief that children learn best when they feel secure, respected, and connected to the adults caring for them. My goal is to partner with families to provide "the village" that every parent needs to support meaningful learning experiences, build confidence, curiosity, independence, and a lifelong love of learning.
